First paid pilot · $149 · one site

Clean the certificate backlog without switching systems.

For a single-site quality team whose calibration certificates are split between an existing spreadsheet and a shared folder. Send one gage list and up to 25 supported PDFs. YY returns a source-linked register and a separate review queue within three business days after accepted intake and payment.

Email the file count, your current columns, and representative redacted pages. If the intake fits, YY confirms acceptance and sends one-time $149 payment instructions. This is document cleanup, not calibration or compliance work.

The deliverable

Copied fields stay tied to their source

YY extracts bounded certificate fields, checks the result against the supplied PDFs, and leaves uncertain values in an explicit queue instead of guessing. Your current gage-management process remains the system of record.

  • 01

A structured PDF register with one row per supported certificate record

  • 02

Source-document and page references for every copied field

  • 03

An exception queue for missing, conflicting, or ambiguous source values

  • 04

A short summary of what was processed, excluded, and left for your review

See the boundary first

Eight fictional records, including four review flags

The sample uses fictional companies, instruments, certificate numbers, and results. It demonstrates the field structure, source references, and exception handling without exposing a real facility or implying that YY performed calibration.

Accepted intake

One list and a bounded set of readable certificates

  • One existing gage list for one site
  • Up to 25 English-language, machine-readable calibration-certificate PDFs
  • Certificates that can be opened without passwords and read without handwriting interpretation
  • A private download link shared after fit is confirmed; do not email sensitive files

Fit check, then payment

Acceptance before payment; source files after payment

  1. 01

You request the free fit check

Email notices@yycore.ai with the file count, representative redacted pages, and the columns in your current gage list. Do not send the full source set yet.

  2. 02

YY accepts or declines the intake

YY confirms supported scope in writing. If accepted, YY sends instructions for the one-time $149 payment and file intake.

  3. 03

You pay and share a private link

Do not attach source records to email. YY downloads the accepted files to an operator-controlled working machine, then copies and checks the bounded fields.

  4. 04

    You receive the bounded output

Within three business days after accepted intake and payment, YY sends the register PDF and review queue. Source files are removed from the working machine after accepted delivery; your transfer provider may retain its own copy under your settings.

Service boundary

Data-entry assistance, not metrology judgment

Your authorized quality or metrology representative remains responsible for accepting source records, deciding instrument status, assigning intervals, investigating exceptions, and maintaining the official system of record.

  • YY does not perform or certify calibration, inspect instruments, or replace a calibration laboratory.
  • YY does not invent calibration intervals or due dates, reinterpret pass/fail decisions, or make metrology judgments.
  • YY does not perform out-of-tolerance product-impact analysis or provide a compliance opinion.
  • The deliverable is not a certification, an audit-readiness guarantee, or proof that the source records are complete or correct.
  • Scans, handwriting, protected files, and unsupported layouts are outside the fixed-price pilot unless YY accepts them in writing during preflight.
